What makes your account different from any other?
|
As you know, your privacy is very important especially nowadays. Your account with CrediAll is truly private and strongly protected. How long will it take to set up an account?

When we receive all the documents, we can open your account within 36 working hours in normal case. If you have too many members, then it will take around one week for the whole of your members to complete all the opening procedures. Of course, in the same time when you have the account, you can use our internet banking system.

What is the minimum balance?
|
You can open the account from EUR 200 or equivalent with other currencies. In this condition, you have to pay the fee for account maintenance. If you have minimum balance over EUR 3,000 in your account, there will be no maintenance fee and online banking fee. So we recommend you to keep your money in the account more than EUR 3,000.

How secure is the online banking?

What are the ID requirements?

We require notarized copy of Passport or Driving License and Proof of residence address (utility bill or credit/bank statement). No bank references are required. Please contact our agents for more details.

ATM/Debit card
|
What is a debit card?
|
Unlike a credit card, you can only debit (and spend) funds you actually have. The card will be valid and can be use either withdraw or spending when there are funds in it. This is most reasonable way to use the card in the world.

How can I top-up the card?
|
You can top-up your card account easily at any time trough E-Credi, or direct instruction to our officers. That means you will have at least two accounts when you are issued debit card.
|
What is the maximum I can top-up on the card?
|
When you need EUR 10,000, then you can top-up your card account to EUR 10,000. Then you can use the same amount. There are no maximum amount in your card account. But please note that when you want to withdraw your funds trough ATM machine, the amount you can withdraw will be different based on the regulation of the ATM machine. For example, some country can withdraw all EUR 10,000, other country can withdraw only EUR 1,000. So we recommend you beforehand you want to withdraw your funds from ATM, please check the maximum amount you can withdraw.

Where can I use the card?
|
When you need to withdraw the cash, you can use ATM machine in your country on which there are same logo mark on your card. Mostly in all over the country you can withdraw at any time.

What are the daily limits on the card?
|
It will depends on the ATM machine that you want to use. Some country can withdraw huge amount of money, but others are somewhat small. Please check the conditions of your ATM machine in which country that you resides or places that you want to visit.

Do I have to have a name on the card?
|
If you need your real name to emboss on your card, it can be done. On the contrary, if you don't want to reveal your name on the card, that also can be done. It's all depend on your decision.

What currency is the card available in?
|
When you want to withdraw the funds by your country currency, your ATM machine will provide currency exchange services automatically. If ATM can support multi currency services, you can withdraw your funds with your favorite currency. It's depend on the situation of your country and ATM machine regulation.

How long will my card take to arrive?
|
When your application are verified, your card will be processed and deliver within one week, in normal conditions. Of course it's take time with postal services. So you can estimate that your card arrive within 2 weeks.
When some corporate clients who wish to apply the cards for their members, it may take couple of weeks to process and deliver to you.
Please note that card will be delivered from August of 2008.

How can I use my payment system?
|
At first you have to be registered on our payment system. After registration you can use your own payment system at any time. As for your information, you can see all your member's record on E-Credi integrated with your payment system after registration.

How many members I can handle with your payment system?
|
Normally our system will support around 20,000 to 30,000 members you can handle. If you have more than that, we can provide dedicated payment system for your business.
