CrediAll Ltd. are a Finance Company based in New Zealand. Our Products and Services are not available to the public in New Zealand or citizens and residents of certain countries.

Return / Refund Policy

Products
|
Refunds for products are normally granted as long as the products are returned unused, in original condition and packaging. In the case of a refund being granted any shipping costs incurred by CrediAll Ltd. will be deducted.

Defective Products
|
CrediAll Ltd. will happily replace the product as soon as we can establish the fault, and have the product returned to us.
|
Services
|
We cannot offer refunds for services such as Company Formation. When we have received an order with the payment, then we immediately start the incorporation process and thus incur costs, for this reason we will not be able to refund your payment.
If you have ordered and paid for a specific service, but cancel before we occur any costs, CrediAll Ltd. may offer you a suitable replacement service or offer a full refund at the discretion of the management of CrediAll Ltd.

Refund/Return Procedure

Please contact us by using Credi-POST or other contact way. We always need the following written information from you when we have to take the procedure:

* The Reason why you are requesting a refund/return of product or service
* Your Full Name
* Your Address
* Tel Number (including country code)
* Purchase No
* Date of Purchase
* The Product/Service you wish to return/Refund
* Your Delivery Address if different from billing address

Once a Crediall customer service adviser receive these applications, then contact you within 24 hours either via Credi-POST or email or telephone.
